A. Withdrawal policy

Introduction

Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal as set out below, whereby a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither attributable to their commercial nor their independent professional activity:

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last good.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Buben & Zörweg GmbH, Hauptstraße 515, 8962 Gröbming, Austria, Tel.: +43 3685 22480-58, E-mail: info@buben-zorweg.com) mittels einer eindeutigen Erklärung (z. B. ein mit der Post versandter Brief oder E-Mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not obligatory.

It is sufficient for you to send the communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive the communication concerning your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of this repayment. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us.

Returns/returns can only be sent to the following address:
BUBEN&ZORWEG Manufaktur GmbH, Andreas-Odenwald-Weg 5, 75177 Pforzheim, Germany.

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers whose sole place of residence and delivery address at the time of conclusion of the contract are outside the European Union and who do not belong to any member state of the European Union at the time of conclusion of the contract.

General instructions

1) Please avoid damaging and contaminating the goods. Please return the goods to us in the original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against transport damage with suitable packaging.
2) Please do not send goods back to us postage due.
3) Please note that the aforementioned points 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
